By submitting the Limo Service form and payment(s) to Spider-Bite, Inc - Limo Service, you (Renter(s)) agree to the following terms and conditions from Spider-Bite, Inc. - Limo Service (Driver)
BEFORE THE LIMO SERVICE:
- I understand that this is a binding contract between you (Renter(s)) and Spider-Bite, Inc - Limo Service (Driver).
- I certify that the information that I’ve entered is true and correct.
- I will not dispute any transactions (to my bank or with the payment processor) for the service given to me.
- There are no refunds and no exceptions on deposits and payments.
- This limousine is a destination-oriented vehicle and you must have a destination pre-planned (aimless driving will not be tolerated).
- I have read and accept the terms of the Spider-Bite Inc. - Limo Service Website Privacy Policy.
- I consent to my contact information being used to contact me.
- I understand that the Spider-Bite, Inc - Limo Service website is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service apply.
- No refunds, no exceptions.
DURING THE LIMO SERVICE:
- I hereby release Spider-Bite, Inc. – Limo Service from all liability, claims, damages, lawsuits, accidents, fire, theft, blood-borne pathogens, diseases and demands, in law or equity, to the extent allowed by law, which I or my heirs might have now or hereafter, arising from or for complying with my request for services.
- The rental driving time starts as soon as the Driver leaves their origin location.
- The rental driving time runs until the last person in the Renter(s) party is dropped off at their final destination.
- Rental hours include the time the Driver waits for the Renter(s) party at the destination.
- Deposits and payments will be held if the Renter(s) fails to show up for the reservation.
- Spider-Bite, Inc. – Limo Service will not be held responsible for any delays to reservation due to changes in the schedules of events (i.e. concerts, sporting events, inclement weather, etc.)
- Renter(s) is responsible for paying for parking (lot or garage). Parking fees and other additional expenses (excluding tolls) are the responsibility of the Renter(s) and are not included in the price of the limousine rental.
- Under no circumstances will illegal substances be allowed in the vehicle at any time. Service will end immediately if any passenger cannot abide by the rule.
- During proms and formal events, the limousine will remain at the event location until the entire party of the Renter(s) is prepared to leave.
- The Renter(s) may not re-enter the vehicle after spending time on excessively sandy areas (beaches, lakes, etc.) until you are acceptably cleaned off by the ruling of the Driver.
- Renter(s) and Renter’s party understand the pick-up location and drop-off location may not be necessarily the same location.
- No refunds, no exceptions.
NEAR THE END OF THE LIMO SERVICE:
- If service is not pre-paid in full, the balance must be paid by the Renter(s) prior to the start of service.
- If time extends beyond the pre-arranged service hours, the additional cost is to be paid by the Renter(s) to the Driver at the end of service.
- Gratuity given is an expression of appreciation for services provided. A 20% gratuity is recommended and should be paid by the Renter(s) to the Driver at the end of service.
- Renter(s) (you) and Driver (Spider-Bite, Inc. – Limo Service) agree that any and all excessive damage as a result of negligence by the Renter(s) and/or Renter’s party will result in an added cost of replacement or repair no less than $150 and will be the responsibility of the Renter(s).
- A minimum charge of $125+ will be assessed for each individual incidence of vomit in the limousine and must be paid by the Renter(s) to the Driver.
- A minimum charge of $10+ will be assessed for each drinking glass that is broken during service times and must be paid by the Renter(s) to the Driver.
- Spider-Bite, Inc. – Limo Service and its staff are not responsible for items left behind or misplaced in the vehicle.
