*Jewelry reprocessing is important prior to re-installation/re-pierce as it requires previously worn jewelry to be processed through an ultrasonic machine (which uses high-frequency sound waves that removes any built up and microscopic debris). The jewelry is then sterilized through our Statim autoclaves. This process does require staff time, so please expect an additional 10-15 minutes during your visit.
