Eat Before You Get Pierced
It is advised that all individuals receiving a body piercing or a tattoo to eat a full meal at least 2 hours prior to the procedure. Failure to do so can result in low blood sugar levels and increases the frequent risk of becoming dizzy, nauseous, and faintness. Although the piercing and/or tattoo may not cause intolerable pain, these symptoms can occur and result in a prolonged recovery due to the lack of the individual’s blood sugar.
These risks can easily be avoided and prevented. We highly encourage honesty as well as your understanding as this can compromise your safety as well as that of the artist and anyone else involved. There are plenty of restaurants and delivery services available nearby.
Product Quality
We have the Largest Selection of 14k /18k Yellow, White and Rose Gold, Titanium, Organic, Glass & Silicone.
All piercings are done with implant grade titanium or 14k/18k gold. These materials are very bio-compatible, so any client that may have sensitive skin allergies need not worry about the jewelry itself causing irritation.
Additionally, our jewelry is internally threaded or threadless. The gems used are Swarovski crystals, genuine gems, and diamonds from our friends at Anatometal, Bellman’s Real Diamonds & Stones, Body Gems, Body Vision Los Angeles (BVLA), Buddha Jewelry Organics, Invictus, Junipurr, NeoMetal & Tether
Safety, Health, and Allergies
If you have been sick recently or have a weakened immune system, it is highly recommended that you wait until you have fully fought off the cold or check with your physician before getting a piercing.
It is extremely important that you inform your piercer if you experience any of the following health ailments (prone to faintness, diabetes, epilepsy, heart condition, or any type of communicable disease).
If you are having issues with a piercing (even if you didn’t get it from us), please stop in to the shop. Our piercers will be able to look at your piercing and make an appropriate plan to get your healing back on track.
Age Requirements
We ID* all of our piercing customers. We offer earlobe piercings for kids ages 8-14.
For anyone under the age of 18, you must bring your legal parent or guardian along with your original birth certificate (no copies or cell phone pictures allowed) and an acceptable, non-expired ID*.
**If Parents name has been legally changed, you must provide marriage, divorce or name change legal document(s).
